**Job description - Operations Administrator**
In this Operations Administrator role, you will work within the sales and customer success teams. This role itself is not client facing, you will be responsible for working with these teams to improve productivity, improve operational processes and support on revenue generating activities.
**Key responsibilities - Operations Administrator**
- The key responsibilities of this Operations Administrator in London are:_
- Contributing to the efficient operation of the Business Development Team through management of CRM and other technology platforms.
- Supporting the BD team with general administrative tasks.
- Assisting in creating sales reports, setting goals, and creating revenue forecasts.
- Manage processes involved with Accounts Receivable and liaising with clients regarding invoicing.
- Producing sales and marketing material.
- Organising and facilitating trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Booking employee travel and accommodation for business trips.
- Organise company stash/merchandise for distribution to clients.
**Job requirements - Operations Administrator**
- A university degree
- Great communication skills; able to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Excel for data analysis
- Proactive
- Eager to learn
