As Operations Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations.
**A typical day in the life of an Operations Administrator at Gemba...**
- Provide administrative support to the product operations team
- Manage the inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials
- Coordinate with VR event creators and facilitators to ensure that they have all necessary resources and materials
- Ensure that all VR training sessions are properly recorded and documented
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training sessions, equipment, and materials
- Provide support to the sales and marketing team, by generating reports and tracking sales
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed
- Researching industry trends and new technologies
**You don't need years of experience, but we'd love you to have**:
- Some experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Survey Monkey or CRM Databases experience would be a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
