Claims Team Assistant
Reports to: Complex Claims Team Leader
Home-based position

WE WANT YOU TO BE:
WE’LL NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO:
Effective day to day management customer queries; excellent communication with internal and external customers, suppliers, and loss assessors
Collect information from customers and Complex Claims Team to ensure swift resolution of queries.
Arrange and manage alternative accommodation for customers
In liaison with the Complex Claims Handlers gather, collate, and submit Complex Claims Reports for referral to Underwriters. Including verifying the accuracy of financial data.
In liaison with the Complex Claims Team and Building Surveyor Team, manage system claim reserves and payments ensuring that Total Incurred values are as accurate in the shortest period possible and maintained as such until the claim is concluded.
Support the Complex Claims Team, Complex Claims Team Leader, and Customer Relations Team with complaints and those involving the FOS.
Manage Complex Claims Handlers diaries, manage Complex Claims Team Leader’s diary
Analyse reports and flag concerns
