Insurance Team Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- To support Large Loss Claim Handlers in managing the claims process such as triage.
- To call the policyholder’s and obtain further details on their claim.
- Make urgent payments for supplies and emergency accommodation.
- Liaise with operations, regarding alternative accommodation.
- Obtain contents lists, validation contents, and respond to portal messages, arrange supplier payments, and manage the claims handler’s diary.
- Strong organisation skills, be confident, empathetic and system savvy.
- Good understanding of the principles of insurance and be adaptive and resilient.

The role is paying £22,500-24,000 depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
