Claims Admin Team Leader

Our business is at the exciting phase of growth and now looking for a leader to manage and inspire a new formed complex claims admin team.
The main purpose of this role is to supervise a claims admin team and ensuring the delivery of first class customer service standards to our policyholders. You will be motivating and driving the team to improve productivity and engagement. As well as managing individual team members to ensure that each performs to the best of their ability.
Moreover you will be the main point of contact to support the complex team assistants with any questions, therefore it is important you have a good technical knowledge of property insurance claims handling.
**Experience/ Knowledge**:
To be successful in the role you need to have at least 2 years experience in property claims handling role or insurance call centre role, ideally at the leadership level. Also you have to have a good knowledge on Microsoft package and other claims management or operational systems.
**What will you get in return?**
- Salary of up to £40,000 DOE

- We pay discretionary performance-based bonuses every May, which could be up to 10% of your annual salary.

- We heavily invest in talent management Currently have 10 employees studying CII, 4 currently studying an HNC qualification course and more, as we are delegating at least 10 employees a year to get a fully funded professional qualification.
