Liverpool, United Kingdom Everton Football Club Full time

We are a football club with a desire to be the best and are always looking for talented people to join our Everton Family.
- Everton is a workplace people crave to join, where extraordinary talented people belong, thrive and deliver the remarkable.

Ticketing Systems Specialist

Who are we: We are Everton Football Club and we are icons of world football. As one of the bastions of the global game, with a rich and successful history, we are now setting our sights on a new, exciting future.

With a proud and illustrious past, the Club is currently embarking on a new and exciting journey with the construction of our new stadium on the banks of the River Mersey. With that exciting development comes an ambition to have a Men’s and Women’s First Team squad that is competing regularly at the top of domestic and European football.

Our values underpin how we behave, how we represent our club in our city, and across the world of football, and how we look after one another daily. They provide a framework for how we work with partners, suppliers, and most importantly our fans.

About the opportunity: We are extremely excited to be searching for a Ticketing Systems Specialist to join our Ticketing Department. As Ticketing Systems Specialist, you will be required to ensure the ticketing systems, both technically and administratively, are in excellent working order.

You will need to lead, supervise and deliver effective, high-quality management of the ticketing systems and their robustness. You will need to liaise, set up and deliver all matchdays, home and away, and for all competitions, as well as any other products sold via the ticketing platform.

The successful applicant will need to work closely with the Box Office and Systems Manager in delivering all the products sold via the ticketing system in a timely manner and at the highest standards.

Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an individual who has the ability to adapt quickly, be flexible and solution orientated, has the ability to work independently and with internal and external teams. The individual will need to have extensive knowledge of ticketing platforms and of customer databases and services, i.e. Salesforce, as well as Box Office experience.

If you are passionate about working for a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation, being a part of a team that can make a difference and you’re a self-starter with ambitious spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, execute against ambitious targets and consistently embrace our Everton values in what you do, then we would love to hear from you

This position is on a permanent contract, and will be 35 hours per week.

The closing date of this advert is Friday 13th January 2023.

The location for this role is within our Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.

The Everton Family is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
