The key responsibilities for this role will be:

- Assist in the production of appropriate management information, including information relating to key performance indicators, key risk indicators aligned to your responsibilities. Ensure these are produced on time and are appropriate for relevant committee audiences thereafter.
- Ensure that you are actively participating in the 4+1 habits from Lean methodology.
- Assist with the planning/ forecasting for the team and that this information is reviewed on a regular basis.
- Monitor the team's effectiveness/ failure against the agreed SLA/ performance, whilst continuously looking to improve the service standard.
- Act as an escalation point for your peers/ colleagues, highlighting any issues/ concerns you have to your management along with potential solutions.
- Support the continuous improvement across the team leading to enhancements in efficiency and clients and customer experience (CX/UX).
- Be responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new and existing IT systems which you operate as well as reviewing and signing off UAT performed by your colleagues
- Ensure you are conducting control requirements on a consistent and timely basis.
- Oversee all CASS related processes, systems, and controls within your area, in support of the SMF18, issues are escalated and resolved as and when necessary.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Specialist operations administrator will require:

- Previous experience working within a financial services / wealth management business
- Strong administration skill set
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse and improve operation processes
- Experience with report writing and analysing competence
- Effective problem solver, generating practical solutions to often complex issues
- Intermediate/ Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (especially Excel)
- Self-motivated assertive team player
- Adaptable, and able to accept responsibility for given tasks within the time lines specified
- Focus on delivering service excellence
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
