My client, a fantastic charitable organisation based in London, are seeking a Learning and Compliance Coordinator to join their fast growing team.
**Duties**:

- Liaise with People and Business functions to identify the needs and requirements for compliance learning content and programmes
- Maintain the schedule for all mandatory and compliance learning, including annual training, onboarding requirements and ad-hoc content based on policy and processes
- Get involved with diversity and equality learning
- Provide reports to People and Business functions to track completion and manage compliance across all learning

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing learning schedules
- Knowledge of learning programmes, including: Conduct, Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion
- Proven ability to use data to provide analysis and insight
- Tech Savvy
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal
