The team works on the provision and maintenance of our large portfolio of properties. This demands strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers, other teams and external service providers.

**The role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Fleet Coordinator in Camden, London.

**Salary**: £26,000 - £29,000

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the processing of Penalty Charge Notices for the Property Services team.
- Overseeing the processing of damage to fleet vehicles within the Property Services team
- Administering the day to day management of staff fuel cards
- Administering the day to day management of fleet cover for the Fleet Manager
- Keeping excellent records of vehicles inspected
- Booking vehicles for servicing and MOT
- Miscellaneous admin duties on instruction from the Fleet Manager

**What you will need to succeed**
- Previous fleet admin/inspector experience in a contractor or housing environment (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent data input and understanding of importance of data quality
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to coordinate inspection, prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Full valid driving license
- Assertive and confident
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills
