**The role**
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a crucial role in hiring top talent for SoftwareOne’s Software & Cloud Services, specifically within Application Services and Cloud Services. You will work closely with stakeholders, providing business-partnering support and contributing to the Global Talent Acquisition Team's efforts to become a world-class, market recognised function.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent within Application Services and Cloud Services.
- Provide business partnering support to Global CoE Leaders, ensuring alignment of recruitment strategies with business need
- Collaborate with Regional TA Partners to deliver on Application Services, AWS & Google hiring plans.
- Manager end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within your CoE’s.
- Maintain personal ownership of mid-level and strategic vacancies
- Produce relevant management information (MI) for stakeholders, advising on recruitment trends and issues.
- Contribute to Employee Branding initiatives
- Contribute to Global TA projects and other People & Culture (P&C) initiatives, such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity etc

What we need to see from you:

- Significant experience working in recruitment ideally a blend of in-house/RPO and agency/search side.
- Proven track record in recruiting in the Technology industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong experience of using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (e.g. LinkedIn and other advertising, search, assessment and social media tools)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for creativity and constantly looking for new ways of working
- Experience in working across multiple geographies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise on best practices and achieve great outcomes for SoftwareOne and its talent
