We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Lead with extensive sourcing experience within the fintech sector. As the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a player / coach and play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy on a global scale. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and shape the talent landscape for a dynamic and growing fintech scale-up.

You'll report to our Chief People Officer.

**Here's what you'll be doing as our Global Talent Acquisition Lead**:

- Global Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and business priorities.
- Headhunting and Executive Search:

- Utilise your extensive headhunting experience to identify, attract, and acquire top-tier talent within the fintech space, including leadership roles. This includes the areas of Product, Compliance and Marketing.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a talented team of talent acquisition professionals. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and ensure the team's success.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and align recruitment efforts with organisational goals.
- Employer Branding:

- Drive initiatives to enhance the employer brand. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and networks to attract top talent.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Global Recruitment Operations:

- Oversee recruitment operations globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimising processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diversity and Inclusion:

- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process, fostering an inclusive culture and attracting diverse talent to the organisation.
- Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

**Here's what we'd love from our new Global Talent Acquisition Lead**:

- Proven experience as a player / coach Talent Acquisition Lead with a focus on headhunting within the fintech space.
- In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, industry trends, and key players.
- Strong experience leading and developing high-performing talent acquisition teams.
- Demonstrated success in executive search and acquiring top-tier talent for leadership positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience implementing employer branding strategies and enhancing organisational reputation.
- Familiarity with global recruitment operations and compliance.
- Track record of implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition.

This position is London based. Some travel to Poland and Lithuania will be required.
