Administration Assistant (Operations Support)
Skills : 1. Good IT skills and working knowledge of Office software package.
2. High standard of inter-personal and communication skills, especially in the context of client care.
3. Proven ability to work on own initiative, under supervision and as part of a professional team.
4. Preferably previous experience as a legal administrator or in an alternative professional office.
5. Trained on modern telephone systems.
6. Some training in secretarial practice.
7. Book keeping knowledge and experience of maintenance of accounts useful.
8. Punjabi language skills an advantage.
Role:
1. Punctuality, attention to detail and pride in work most important qualities.
2. Process all incoming telephone calls efficiently and helpfully.
3. Receive and process all visitors to the firm in a helpful, friendly and professional manner.
4. Project positive image and ethos of Firm.
5. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
6. Provide direct support to legal staff.
7. Provide support to other support administrative staff.
8. Administration of fax, copier, printer, scanner and franking machines.
9. Undertake clerical, administrative and filing tasks.
10. Assist in maintaining accounts ledgers and books.
11. Keep Reception Area, Conference Room, Communications Room clean and tidy.
12. Provide refreshments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £16,250.00-£17,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
