**Overview**:
Following our recent restructure, we are expanding our team and have two exciting opportunities for ISend Co-ordinators within our Integrated SEND team.

This post involves the leadership and management of a team of ISEND Support Officers and the positions are based in Wycombe and Aylesbury Area SEND teams.

As a result, we have created a new role following our review of business support and we are looking for people to join our Integrated SEND team as support officers. **About the role**:
The main responsibilities and duties of the role include:

- Manage staff to deliver effective information and iSEND support services to meet all organisational / operational requirements and provide excellent customer service. Make day to day decisions in response to operational issues, accommodating changes in priorities.
- Allocate work and schedule appropriately to ensure all work is completed on time and to required standards.
- Complete performance and development reviews to the required standards and timescales for all staff
- Support recruitment, induction development, employee relations matters effectively and complete all related HR processes.
- Action escalated or complex issues from internal and external customers. Provide specialist advise and support colleagues, staff, and customers on use of systems, processes etc. Resolve most issues or recommend alternative courses of action if unable to provide a direct solution.
- Proactively identify and use appropriate methods to effectively obtain, collate and efficiently organise data / information for inclusion in documentation, e.g. focus groups, surveys etc. Maintain all required records.
- Analyse, interpret, and evaluate diverse information requiring a good understanding of complex information and systems. Identify trends and issues, draw conclusions, and make recommendations on to support management decision making. Provide accurate and relevant information to customers and managers.
- Create documents, reports, correspondence, and other materials, as required. Design and develop promotional materials.
- Organise and effectively manage conferences, meetings, events, and surveys. Minutes are taken and actions chased as required.
- Identify, recommend, and support the development, delivery and evaluation of improvements in processes and procedures.
- Contribute proactively to the management of systems and the maintenance and development of policies and standards to meet organisational needs.
- Deliver specific project activities as required to agreed specification, timescales, and budgets.
- Liaise internally and externally to share clear and accurate information / findings via the most appropriate channel to ensure awareness of key issues / data and respond to enquiries.
- Monitor supplier / delivery partner performance through accurate quality, performance and management information. Make recommendations for further attention and take appropriate action to address issues or escalate as necessary.
- Contribute to business continuity and service planning.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will need to:

- Have experience of leading and managing a team to deliver a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to converse with ease and provide advice accurately and clearly to a range of internal and external customers
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of processes and systems within an office environment
- Demonstrate good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point ) with proven skills in basic data analysis
