**Profile of Senior Director - Sales**
- A proven track record in high-level sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Experience of putting together complex deals across large bureaucratic organisations
- Experience in the public sector would be beneficial
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- A strategic thinker with a knack for executing effective sales plans
- A proactive, engaging personality, thriving in a collaborative environment
