Training Support Administrator
3B Training is a multi-accredited training provider delivering health and safety training courses across the UK and online. We predominantly target businesses within the UK construction industry, offering high-quality courses which can be delivered in a range of formats.

We are looking to appoint a Training Support Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract ( maternity cover ) based at our Head Office in Hindley Green.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Administration of all bookings from the Business Development Team**
**Developing opportunities to a booking on our CRM**
**Ensuring missing information is escalated to the relevant people**
**Support the Training Co-Ordinator in arranging resources and equipment**
**Booking accommodation when required for trainers**
**Calendar scheduling**
**Updating relevant records in relation to trainer records**
**General administration duties**
**Key competencies & skills**
**Experience in using MS Office suite**
**Organised with ability to manage own work load**
**Attention to detail**
**Excellent communication both written and verbal**
**Experience within the training industry will be advantageous.**
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
