We are looking to appoint an Administrator who will provide day to day administrative support and assist in providing a seamless customer experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- General administration duties including ensuring efficient use of all training rooms, taking calls, assisting delegate enquiries, transferring calls efficiently to the correct department and always providing excellent customer service
- Set up training rooms for courses, ensuring rooms/breakout areas are kept clean and tidy
- Provide delegates with course information and ensure any prerequisites are completed.
- Assist with course sign-ins - both online and in classrooms - ensuring delegates are greeted and signed in.
- Provide trainers with course information and regular updates, ensuring they are in receipt of any required information and training material in relation to planned courses
- Invigilate course exams as required
- Process course returns in a timely manner as per company process and awarding body guidelines.
- Complete regular stock checks including monitoring stock in and out, ordering stationary and office supplies as required
- Ensure 3B company processes and procedures are always adhered to
- Demonstrate the core values in your behavior
- Complete any other administrative duties as required

Key Competencies & Skills:

- Experienced in using MS Office Suite including Excel & Word
- Ability to operate and maintain systems and procedures to a high standard of accuracy with attention to detail
- Organised with ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
- Be able to demonstrate excellent administration skills

In reward for your skills, you will be offered a salary that is negotiable depending on experience. The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday.
