Job summary

We are looking for a Data Administrator to join our small and friendly team, delivering on all aspects of our Data and IT responsibilities.

The role as Data Administrator involves thorough use of EMIS Web, SystmOne and Microsoft office suite, with a good mixture of both team collaborations and individual working.

The successful candidate will be working closely with other members of data team and the practices, to provide organisational and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of targets within SSP Health.

The individual should have the following skills in:

o Essential: Understanding of how GP practices function

o Essential: great Excel knowledge (formulas)

o EMIS Web/SystmOne - preferrable

o Understanding of clinical coding

o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

o IT competency (The role requires a significant amount of IT usage)

o Good communication skills

o Time Keeping and Management

The role includes close interaction with all SSP Practice staff and managers in order to support accurate data coding and target-based achievements.

Main duties of the job

Heavily Excel based role Working as part of a team and able to work independently Analysing data Extracting Excel data to form reports and analysis Inputting Excel data Analysing data monthly Producing weekly/monthly reports for senior teams

Overview

Due to expansion in our data team, we are lookingfor a Data Administrator to help deliver on all aspects of our work.

We are a small and friendly team, and theprospective candidate would be given the time and support necessary to helpthem fit into this role.
