**Days/Hours of work**: Full time position, working 36 hours per week on a 5 days out of 7 rota including weekend work.
**About the role**
When people contact the HRP Customer Service Team, you will be the one of the resourceful and articulate individuals who responds, providing exceptional customer service by actively selling tickets and membership, handling complaints and answering enquirieson a range of topics. You will need a thorough knowledge of all six palaces, and will be in frequent contact with a variety of palace departments as well as visiting all of our sites regularly.
**About you**
With outstanding customer care and communication skills, and an ability to create concise and empathetic written responses to enquiries, you will be organised, detailed and comfortable working as part of a team. Preferably, you’ll have worked in a contactcentre or customer services team before and display a courteous and confident telephone manner and be comfortable responding to enquiries received through different channels. You will need excellent listening skills and experienced using a variety of computerprogrammes including, ideally, content management systems.
You will be able to source information, analyse and troubleshoot issues as well as being able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Adaptable and resilient, you’ll also be confident working with visitors face to face to support our front of houseteams and facilitate the running of our various events programs across HRPs sites as required. Fluency in a foreign language would also be an advantage but is not essential.
