**Main duties of the job**:
To support and facilitate the Senior Management Team in high complex meetings, diary management and all aspects of administration duties to support the clinical and non-clinical teams.

- GCSE (English/Maths) or equivalent
- Business Administration (NVQ Level 3) or equivalent.

**Desirable criteria**:

- ECDL Qualification
- RSA Typing qualification.

**Skills**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Experience of organising and taking minutes at large and complex meetings
- Experience of effective diary management
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft outlook Word and Excel skills
- Experience of working within a demanding environment with competing deadlines

**Desirable criteria**:

- Previous experience of working in an NHS organisation
- Previous experience of working as a PA/Secretary
