I am excited to be working exclusively alongside this well know Charity based in Chesterfield. This is a particular charity that has a special place in many people's hearts and this is a rare opportunity to work for such a great organisation.

The role is to support a restructure in the Finance department to assist with the day to day running of the Accounts Payable function while process is changed in the background to streamline the overall finance function.

The main responsibility of the role is to ensure that invoices are accurately entered into the finance system with the correct code and matching PO's and delivery note details. You will also assist with setting up supplier payment runs ensuring that suppliers are paid in line with payment terms.

Skills and experience:

- 2 years minimum working as in a similar role
- A can do attitude wanting to help the team
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of organisation
- Experience with MS Excel
- Experience using Sage
