Job Details

Ranson Barnes Recruitment Limited invites applications for a Part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to assist with the maintenance of our client's purchase ledger. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and financial responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process supplier invoices accurately, ensuring timely payment.
  2. Reconcile supplier statements and code invoices correctly.
  3. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
  4. Support the annual audit process and collaborate with the finance department.
Requirements & Benefits
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per year (pro-rata).
  • Flexible working hours: 22.5 hours/week across 3-5 days.
  • Car parking available on site.
