We are recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a growing company that values their staff and their development. As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced staff. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records for a selection of clients
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- Bank reconciliations
- Building working relationships with our clients
- Monitoring client compliance
- Supporting the bookkeeping and accounts department to gather information from clients in a timely manner
Your qualifications:
- GCSE in English (grade 9 to 4 (A* to C))
- GCSE in Maths (grade 9 to 4 (A* to C))
