ABOUT THE ROLE
- In addition to the Product Specialist Role duties, the Team Leader will be responsible for:

- Ensuring Branch relations and critical escalations are managed effectively, professionally and responsibly
- Awareness of business risks and when to escalate to line manager
- Adaptability and design of new ways of working (constant improvement)
- Clear understanding of all processes on the ERP system from Warehouse & Branch perspectives
- A good understanding of purchasing processes.
- Proactive management and awareness of any issues within the Team and how to best navigate issues.
