- 1**Apprenticeship summary**:
- update records to assist in providing accurate account updates.
- Compare supplier invoices against agreed rates and raise credit notes.
- Handle telephone calls in the first instance.
- Responsible for acquiring all record sheets from other employees and updating the master sheet for such.
- Support the Management Team by producing accurate minutes of meetings when required.
- Assist in the upkeep and management of the existing filing structure.
- Other duties befitting of the role of Admin Assistant.
