**Recruiter Admin Responsibilities**
- Be the driving force to grow our nationwide workforce of drivers and passenger assistants.
- Completing the pre-employment required checks and paper work for persons who have been offered roles.
- To carry out administrative duties related to compliance and HR.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed and full training has been attended before being signed off.
- Manage general queries from applicants during the recruitment process and general HR queries.
- Process DBS, Private Hire Licenses and Group 2 Medicals

**Recruiter Admin Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent in the use of IT software such as word/ excel etc.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Confident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Capacity to work in a fast paced, changing environment, proactively responding to changing requirements.
- Works well as part of a team but is a self-starter and can work independently.
- Ability to follow processes.
- Able to driver due to the location of the office
