**Change Delivery Apprentice Pathway - Level 4 - Technology**

**What does it involve?**

Our **Change Delivery Apprenticeship Pathway** is designed for people who are naturally curious people who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo and enjoy creating innovative solutions. If you enjoy organising, whether that's information or people, and you like to influence the way things are done, this route could be the start of your new career.

During your first 18-months, you'll spend 80% of your time gaining real hands-on experience in the role and 20% dedicated to your Level 4 Apprenticeship studies. As long as you're curious and passionate about change and technology, then we can teach you the rest - you'll have a structured training programme and a support network to help you develop.

Our roles in this area include:
**Business Analyst** (Bristol, Norwich or York) - our Business Analysts help us understand the customer needs we need to meet and what's required to drive practical solutions to meet them. They analyse and evaluate business opportunities and identify areas for improvement. If you're the kind of person who can explain complex concepts and problems in a simple way, this is the place for you. And in everything you do, you'll champion the use of technology to improve how we do things for our 18.7 million customers and thousands of colleagues.

As well as your **Level 4 Business Analysis Apprenticeship **qualification (equivalent of the first year of an undergraduate degree or a Higher National Certificate (HNC)) you will also get a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.

**Project Manager **(Norwich) - our Project Managers are experts in organisation, both of themselves and others We look for people who are comfortable taking the lead in group situations and making sure that everyone is heard. With a passion for delivering great customer service and a mix of people and planning skills, you'll learn to act as an agent of change, driving success over the project lifecycle - from initial idea to delivery and project handover - ensuring things get done in the right way, on time and on budget.

As well as your **Level 4 Project Manager Apprenticeship** qualification (equivalent of the first year of an undergraduate degree or a Higher National Certificate (HNC)) we will also support you to achieve the Association of Project Management's Project Management Qualification (PMQ).

Whatever role you go into, you'll be working alongside a community of highly skilled and experienced technology professionals who will be on hand to support and encourage you every step of the way.

**What do we look for?**

New insights, perspectives and diversity of thought are all invaluable to us. Which is why you don't need to have studied IT to join us in Technology. We have Apprentices who have studied everything from Music to Maths to History, and they're all equally brilliant. For these roles you'll need to:

- Have at least five GCSEs or Scottish National 5s at A*-C or 9-4 grade (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Have, or be on track to achieve, at least three A Levels (grades B, C, C or above) or four Scottish Highers (grades B,B,B,C or above) - or a Level 3 equivalent qualification
