We’re looking for a Project Support Officer to join our online team. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
As a Project Support Officer, we’ll look to you to support the delivery of projects within our new Collection and Returns team. We’re looking at evolving our in-store services and operation, and trialling new and exciting initiatives in our stores across the UK. You’ll work with colleagues to roll out these initiatives and look for opportunities to improve processes. **What you’ll do**
- Support the Online Platform Manager in the delivery and implementation of new projects across our stores
- Manage priorities and results linked to our Collection and Return services, including locker/parcel services rollout and utilisation
- Help colleagues to embed processes across the business
- Understand and interpret customer and colleague feedback to help inform our Collection & Returns strategy
- Make sure targets are met and that projects are delivered accurately and on-time
- Look at continuous improvement; finding opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Interpret sales and utilisation data to help inform decisions around which services we offer in different locations
- Build relationships with colleagues and managers across the business, influencing and gaining buy-in on our Collection & Returns and overall Q-Commerce strategy
**This role will suit people who have**
- Great relationship-building and management skills, as you’ll be working with lots of different partners at all levels, both internal and external
- The ability to work autonomously with lots of motivation, drive and energy
- Manage changing and conflicting priorities
- The ability to deliver messages confidently and in the right way
- An understanding of how to manipulate data in Excel and the ability to present this to inform decisions
- Previous experience of delivering change or an understanding of continuous improvement
