Working closely with the Manager of Corporate Operations, duties will include:

- Managing company travel, overseeing bookings, assisting with employees with the online system
- Assisting with queries, sharing ideas and suggestions
- Covering reception when needed
- Reconciling credit card payments
- Managing health and safety records and certificates
- Ad-hoc projects
- Providing cover for any team absences

You will have a proven track record of administrative and office experience. Be an excellent communicator and have confidence in handling enquiries. With confidence in your ability, excellent organisational skills whilst remaining professional.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
