**What you'll be doing**
As a **Supervisor**, you will have the following accountabilities:

- Responsible for the detailed planning and execution of Track Renewals Works as allocated by the Senior Supervisor.
- Responsible for planning and directing the activities of track staff.
- Ensure agreed performance and other KRA’s are met Ensure compliance with Contract allowables for all works.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Safety Legislation and Welfare Regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring all works undertaken comply with contract specifications and Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- Responsible for ensuring works are undertaken by competent staff. Assist with the provision of technical support to the Senior Engineer, Senior Supervisor and Renewals Manager.
- Support the Senior Supervisor in delivering the deliverable for the renewals programme.
- Assist with the provision of technical and delivery support to the Track team.

**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:

- Demonstrable experience in Permanent Way maintenance/track renewals at least performing at Track Chargeman level
- Good knowledge of Track Renewals discipline.
- Awareness of financial controls.
- Good knowledge of Rules & Regulations, H.A.S.A.W and other appropriate regulations.
- Good knowledge of both group and line standards
- Good IT skills.
