Dutch Speaking Office Assistant

Due to our expansion we are looking for an Office Assistant to work in either our Coleshill Office (B46 3BP) or our Halstead Office (CO9 2AP) where you will cover and support the administration for our site in Bocholt, Belgium.
Roles and Responsibilities.
Day to day duties including, but not limited to:
- Use SAGE to book in any deliveries and orders
- Raise PO in the system
- Ensuring any spreadsheets / documents are kept up to date with the correct information
- Assist with weekly payroll
- Answering the phone
- Arranging couriers between sites
- Carrying out the new starter processes and ensuring all relevant ID is in place, and uploading this onto our HR system
- Expenses
- Sorting and filing POD’s
- Liaising between sites
- Ensure any new starters receive the required training
- Keep H & S paperwork up to date, including filing of documentation
- Provide administrative support to the management team as required
Skills and Experience.
- Fluent in Dutch is essential
- Fluent in English is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional telephone manner
- Reliable and dependable
- Key attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Sage would be advantageous but not essential
Hours of work.
We would consider applicants looking for either full time or part time, exact hours to be confirmed.
Salary will be discussed upon interview and is dependent upon experience.
