Location - Halstead

Hours - waking nights 7.30pm - 6am

Days - up to 3 days a week

EnViva, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Halstead area.

We provide the highest quality complex care at home to clients by employing the best possible staff to provide that care. We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.

Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one - this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.

Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.

You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.

Our client loves to play board games with her care staff and will always win. They enjoy spending time with their care staff and especially enjoys school holidays as they get to stay up late with them.

Your day to day activities will include:

- Clinical Care
- Personal Care
- PEG Feeding
- Ventilation
- Couth Assist
