£11.44 per hour

**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**:
**The Role**

This role would suit someone who has sales and customer service experience, particularly within the construction or fenestration sector. Working as part of a small office team the role will involve a diverse range of tasks, you’ll principally be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with various product enquiries or directing them towards our experienced sales assistants. Part of the role will be supporting the branch working on typical administration tasks, although some processes and procedures are specific to the department and involve using bespoke company software, for which training will be provided. Experience of working as part of a team, in a busy office, with an ability to multi-task would all be beneficial.

The pay is split into 3 tiers, giving options for applicants with varying experience and skill sets to apply. The role could suit anyone from an outgoing, quick learning individual that could take the position as a trainee, or someone who’s already an experienced administrator.
