**Purpose - Main Function of job**
**To provide a quality** **service at all times, maintaining standards as laid out by Aston** **Management** **International**
**Specific Responsibilities**
- To ensure correct set-up and closure of the reception at all times
- To maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception at all times
- To adhere to service standards laid out by Aston Management International
- Meeting, greeting, and directing visitors on arrival and dealing with customer inquiries
- Answering the telephone
- Checking in and out hotel and lodge guests
- A range of administrative work including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and other company systems
- It is expected that as a member of the Aston Management team you will act as a role model to any new members of staff and help with any queries that they have
- You are responsible for requesting training as required and being responsive to any training offered on or off the job
- To adhere to and enforce company standards and procedures, laws and legislations
- To have and encourage ideas towards up selling and increasing sales
- To actively seek and suggest new promotional ideas
- To communicate any issues to the manager on duty
- To have and enforce attention to detail
- To perform any additional tasks pertinent to the operation as requested by the manager on duty

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
