Admissions & Retail Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage Admisisons & retail team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and addressing customer concerns
- Oversee daily Admission & retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the Commericial Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a retail setting
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and reporting
- Organizational skills to maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory role
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
