Property Advisor

**What will I be doing?**

Here at Latitude 50 we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we need an exceptional team to make that happen. We are currently looking to add to our brilliant team in Rock, where all the action happens

During the day you could be doing anything from:

- Acting as the first point of contact for all stakeholders visiting the Latitude50 office
- Answering the phone and fielding enquiries to the appropriate person within the team
- Helping to match make potential guests to the right holiday property and taking bookings
- Guest complaint handling and follow up
- To carry out all the associated administration tasks that are involved with taking a booking
- To ensure property information across the booking system is accurate and up to date
- To ensure the brand is correctly portrayed through all verbal and written communication
- To assist the Sales Manager with projects such as launching availability for the following year and associated administration such as uploading pricing Packing and organising guest welcome hampers and assisting with stock control

**You'll have**:
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who can skilfully guide and assist customers on their upcoming holidays with queries they may have about their accommodation or the location they're visiting.
- A dedication to providing exceptional customer service, whatever industry you currently work in.
- Experience in and a passion for dealing with people.
- A great work ethic, with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- To be a team player and work well within a diverse team.
- A passion for North Cornwall and all it has to offer.
