We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.

**The role**

The post holder will work within the central Patient Safety Team. They will work across the charity to provide training and support for clinical teams within the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework.

The role will be 60% ward based and 40% other (including delivering training, preparing training, supporting with the completion of reports, meetings including triage.
