You'll collaborate closely with their Marketing Manager and play a crucial part in shaping their content strategy. From creating engaging content that captivates their audience to updating blogs and websites, you'll be immersed in a world of creativity and innovation. In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Content Creation qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Crafting compelling content for existing schools on various social media platforms and through newsletters, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
- Developing high-quality content tailored specifically for head teachers, school owners, and educational directors, addressing their unique needs and interests.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, School Recruitment Team, and Business Partnership Managers to establish effective content strategies that align with their overall goals and objectives.
- Taking charge of updating and maintaining our blogs and website, ensuring they reflect the latest information, trends, and developments in the education industry.
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders within the organization to gather insights and gather feedback to continually improve and optimise their content.
- Tracking and analysing content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of their content strategies, making data-driven decisions for future enhancements.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours** **&** **Benefits**:

- Salary - £15,000 - £16,000
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
- Hybrid Working - 4 office / 1 work from home
- People pension

- Attention to Detail: You pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. You have a keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Grade 4/C in Math's & English GCSE or Functional Skills Level 2

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
