**About the Opportunity**
Jacobs Field Solutions UK has over 50 years’ experience working within the construction industry. Our core business is the delivery of projects and programmes in partnership with our clients.
We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual to build and deliver an effective communications, marketing, and social value strategy.
This role requires an individual who can self-lead but also has the confidence to communicate with a wide range of internal and external audiences in order to gather information, highlight and promote the positive impacts and achievements of the portfolio.
**Knowledge and Responsibilities**
- Ability to assess current practises to inform strategy.
- Use of analytics to inform strategy.
- Ability to write and implement communications / marketing and social value strategy.
- Commitment to continuous professional development - Plan, do, check, act cycle.
- Knowledgeable in creating communications content in a range of styles, both internally and externally.
- Ability to network confidently and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote good business best practises.
- Coordinate with Project Teams to ensure delivery of social value commitments.
- Gather information to support tender process to ensure corporate social responsibility is included in tender response.
**Here’s What You’ll Need**: Essential Qualifications**:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in marketing or communications.
- 5+ years’ experience in leading marketing / communications or social impact role.
- Strategic planning.
- Internal Comms.
- External Comms.
- Event Management.
- Networking.
- Delivery of Social Value Initiatives.
