Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Executive Search Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and presentations to clients
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary and an attractive, uncapped commission structure

  • The opportunity to earn £28,000-£35,000+ after completing our training program
  • £35,000-50,000 within 1-2 years and £50,000, £60,000, £70,000+ as the years go on
