About the Opportunity:

We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity and a passion for doing the right thing. We need someone who can work in a diverse team, spread across the UK, with great communications skills and an interest in continuous learning. Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating and monitoring project based social value activity and measurement;
  • Generation of performance dashboard and ad-hoc data analysis and trends identification;
  • Writing case studies for internal and external use;
  • Authoring submissions for various accreditation/benchmarking and awards;
  • Engagement and support for future pre-employment programmes;
  • Content generation for Social Impact Toolkit, liaison with knowledge management team;
  • Supporting content updates for the Jacobs Social Value pages and content (as part of our intranet);
  • Content creation for internal newsletters and other internal media;
  • Organization and input into monthly Community of Practice and ongoing liaison with UK Social Impact team.

  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills;
  • A passion for social value;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders;
  • Ability to interrogate, analyze and present data;
  • Well organized and be able to work to tight deadlines;
  • Good visual communication skills and an ability to translate the data into a simple message.
