**About the Opportunity**

Jacobs Engineering is the Nuclear Design and Engineering partner for Sellafield Ltd under the PPP (Programme and Project Partners). PPP is an exciting model to work in with Four world class organisations who have come together as one team, to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.

The programme arrangement is set to deliver ~£7bn worth of major projects creating a lasting legacy through the long-term partnerships.

We are now seeking an experienced Resource Database Coordinator to join our team in Cumbria.

**Key Responsibilites**
- Help manage the central resourcing shared mailbox, actioning requests and dealing with queries.
- Data entry and integrity of all Programme and Project resourcing data and online approvals via SharePoint and Nintex workflows.
- Maintain existing SharePoint lists/ class libraries.
- Attend regular Programme and Project resource meetings, maintaining the database as the ‘one source of truth’.
- Ensure the agreed resourcing process is adhered to and the correct online approvals are in place for contractual compliance.
- Work with the Reporting team to provide periodic data for the Performance Management dashboard.
- Work with the Commercial team to provide staff approval updates as required.
- Effective administrative support to the People & Social Impact team on the Framework.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required that fall under your capability.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience of working on a Project and understanding the demands of a challenging environment.
- Experienced in MS SharePoint.
- Confident in managing agreed processes and procedures, ensuring all are adhered to
- Experience of working with MS Visio is preferred.
