**About the Opportunity**
Jacobs Engineering is the Nuclear Design and Engineering partner for Sellafield Ltd under the PPP (Programme and Project Partners). PPP is an exciting model to work in with Four world class organisations who have come together as one team, to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.
The programme arrangement is set to deliver ~£7bn worth of major projects creating a lasting legacy through the long-term partnerships.

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in Westlakes Science Park, Cumbria.
You will support the PPP Training Operations Manager and The PPP SQEP and Compliance Manager.
**Some of the responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the ongoing training demands specific to the PPP Project
- Ensure contract training records are updated in alignment with PPP processes and procedures
- Support collaboration and behavioural training and development
- Manage the new starter contract induction process including any specific contract eLearning requirements. Launching and monitoring completion
- Offer ideas for system and process improvement
- Maintain the approved contract training plan, tracking performance to target
- Work with Major Projects and PPP services to identify training requirements, book courses select venues and liaise with chosen venues on price and availability.
- Work with the Head of TMO and the Communications team to ensure that programmes and courses of offer are promoted and a clear process is in place to book and approve places on training
- Produce reports and data as required by local business unit and central learning and development function including achievement awards, NVQs, training surveys and other ad-hoc requests as required
