About the Opportunity:
We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity and a passion for doing the right thing. We need someone who can work in a diverse team, spread across the UK, with great communications skills and an interest in continuous learning. Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and monitoring project based social value activity and measurement;
- Generation of performance dashboard and ad-hoc data analysis and trends identification;
- Writing case studies for internal and external use;
- Authoring submissions for various accreditation/benchmarking and awards;
- Engagement and support for future pre-employment programmes;
- Content generation for Social Impact Toolkit, liaison with knowledge management team;
- Supporting content updates for the Jacobs Social Value pages and content (as part of our intranet);
- Content creation for internal newsletters and other internal media;
- Organization and input into monthly Community of Practice and ongoing liaison with UK Social Impact team.

- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders;
- Ability to interrogate, analyze and present data;
- Well organized and be able to work to tight deadlines;
- Good visual communication skills and an ability to translate the data into a simple message.
