We have a great working from home opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a large public sector organisation, with occasional working from their sites in Bangor or Dolgellau on a full-time temporary basis. This is a busy role assisting the team providing administrative support to a very high standard on a daily basis.

If you have previous administration experience, an eye for detail, great customer service and enjoy working as part of a busy team, then this is the role for you

As a Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities will be:

- Providing the highest level of professional, efficient administrative support to the team in organisational activities
- Gathering and relaying information from a variety of sources
- Processing & Handling Cash payments, invoices and receipts
- Any other administration duties as and when required

We would like to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience working in an administrative role supporting managers, external customers and third parties
- Strong IT skills, experience with Microsoft Office; word, excel, power point, excel, outlook
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure using your own initiative in order to meet deadlines
- Welsh communication skills would be desirable

This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months with an ASAP start. In return you will be rewarded with an attractive salary of £13.16 per hour (depending on skills and experience) plus holiday pay. Mainly home based, with occasional working from their offices in Bangor or Dolgellau.
