Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator you will be:
- Being first point of contact assisting clients with any queries
- Answering the phone & managing a busy switchboard directing calls to the relevant departments
- Assisting with HR administration support
- Providing an efficient administrative, clerical and support service including inputting data and working towards a paperless office
- Taking & placing orders with an element of Purchase ledger duties
- Providing high levels of customer service
- To undertake any other duties within the scope of the post as and when required
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills & experience:
- Previous HR administrative / general administrative experience including data inputting and diary management
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Systems including word and excel
- Numerate, organised and with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable (not essential)
- A proactive and forward-thinking personality
- Ability to drive and own vehicle due to the location would be an advantage
This is a Temporary position for roughly 3 months, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm offering a Salary from £21,000 per annum but negotiable dependant on experience.**Apply**
