As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Recording and reconciling all company income and expenditure
- Reconciling Petty Cash
- Sales / purchase ledger duties
- Data inputting confidential information via internal software packages
- Other administration duties as and when required
- To be considered for the Finance Assistant job, you will need:

- AAT Level 2 (working towards) or equivalent experience
- SAGE 50 experience or similar
- Strong IT skills including data handling, MS Excel, Word and computerised accounting software programmes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Previous accounts / finance experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage a high-volume workload
- Ability to converse through the medium of Welsh
- This is a full or part time role (consideration for Job sharing). The role is based in Caernarfon although possibilities of remote working will be available. In return, you will be offered a salary of between £19,500 - £21,000 Pro Rata (dependent on Experience) as well as a flexible working plan, staff well being plans, eye care scheme, pension, training and skills development opportunities, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
