An exciting opportunity to be part of the Endoscopy Network and work with a team who are passionate to promote a sustainable North Wales Endoscopy service. The job will require a high standard of personal assistant and secretarial services to the network.

Responsible for the provision of an efficient, high quality and confidential business, administrative and personal assistant support service. To act as a central point of contact for the network. An ability to undertake and prioritise a wide range of tasks on own initiative, using various secretarial methods, knowledge and experiences, and a variety of IT skills to meet changing demands and organisational needs.

Specific duties will include organising meetings, supporting the arrangement of conference/events attendance, taking notes. Contributing to the marketing and networking for the service, especially supporting Communication Officer roles with the development of Newsletters, Flyers and monitoring social media platforms.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
