- We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to work closely with our internal teams to support on-premises technology, provisioning of IT hardware, software installations and responding to support requests and queries. Reporting into the IT Technical Implementation Manager you will be a key member of the support team.
- Principle accountabilities- Supporting colleagues with end-user devices (i.e. Laptops, phone etc) related queries and issues.
- Assist with the regular monitoring of IT & InfoSec related activities.
- Assist with the maintenance and provision of IT office equipment.
- Assist with end-user account and software set-up and management.
- Assist the IT Support team with general project-based activities.
- Consider, relevant to your role, the needs, and objectives of all our customers, including vulnerable customers, to ensure that they receive good outcomes.

- **Knowledge, experience and qualifications**
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- A good understanding and experience of setting-up/upgrading/maintaining of computer hardware.
- Experience of installing/upgrading software and operating systems.
- A basic level knowledge of Networks.

- Scope
- This is a full-time Monday to Friday role working an average 37.5 hours per week.
- The role is based in our offices in Penrith Business Park, Gilwilly Industrial Estate, Penrith, Cumbria.
- Salary in the range of £22,500 to £30,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus public holidays, plus performance rated bonus, enhanced pension, and generous private medical, family, sickness and insurance benefits, and share schemes.
