Your primary role will be in the service department, concerntrating on data entry, you will primarily process customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders in a well-timed and accurate manner.

You are responsible for receiving instructions and updating the appropriate systems with the order and updating the finance team, therefore experience with Syspro is desirable but not essential as all required training will be provided.

Whilst on reception you will be responsible for supporting the companies visitors and customers, facilitating meeting rooms and refreshments as required for managers and their guests.

As a Service Parts Order Entry and Receptionist your role will be to raise sales and purchase orders for the service department alongside reception duties of supporting managers with customer/visitors needs and general enquiries whilst promoting the company corporate image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will liaise with accounts and ensure there is open communication to raise customers sales orders for spare parts.
- You will use Syspro to raise supplier purchase orders and be able to provide relevant updates regarding the orders
- You will update the relevant systems and individuals with changes in status and actions within the order process
- You will be the first point of contact for visitors, alerting hosts to their arrival and supporting the host in room booking and refreshments
