Track Marshal/customer Service Host

The Customer Service Host part of the job has the following responsibilities:

- Welcome customers into the building, issue race suits for their event, ensure they have their race briefing and guide them track side to be fitted with their helmets
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries
- Take payments and bookings over the phone
- Stay updated on what we offer to provide accurate information to customers
- Serve food, snacks and drinks in our licensed bar - Read them their results after their race

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
